Refund policy

As a small business (i.e. not a mammoth company with huge resources!), I don't accept cancellations, exchanges, or returns.  There are a few reasons:  

  • I offer a very quick turnaround on most in-stock orders (like, Amazon level of fast), so you can receive them as soon as possible.  Once you’ve placed your order, I get started on processing it right away, and once your order is in the mail, I can’t make changes to it.  
  • Returns and exchanges can have a big impact on a small business.  I don’t want to have to pass that impact on to you by raising my prices.  
  • Some items, like jewelry, would be unsanitary for me to resell after they are returned.  
  • Other items, like digital downloads and personalized pieces, due to their nature cannot be returned once they’ve been purchased.  

This policy includes gift cards and custom-made orders such as wall hangings and dresses. Thank you sincerely for understanding, and for continuing to choose small businesses like mine.

There may be rare exceptions to this policy under unusual circumstances. If your order was damaged in transit, please contact me immediately.

And of course, if you have any issues with your order, please contact me - I want to you be 100% satisfied with your purchase and will do what I can to make sure you have an exceptionally positive shopping experience.
